Listing Terms

Last Revised: January 2025.

LISTING TERMS and CONDITIONS; Tires, Items, Service and Service Providers.

Together with the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, these are our listing terms and conditions, please read them carefully.

TIRE LISTINGS and LISTINGS TERMS and CONDITIONS:

All tire advertisers agree to only post new or used tires that are in good working conditions and that they meet the following guidelines.

Tires that are not in good usable conditions worthy to be installed on a motor vehicle to be used on public roads occupied with passengers should not be posted on this platform.

The following are our basic safety and posting guidelines for all tires in order to prevent all non-road worthy tires from being posted here.

Aside from these guidelines, your state of local municipality might have other applicable guidelines, please check your state and local guidelines for any other safety restrictions if any.

1. Tire must be in a good condition in order to be posted.
2. Tire should not be older than 6 (six) years old when sold.

3. Tire should not have uneven tread wear.

4. Tire should have 6/32 tread or more.
5. Tire should be free of any punctures.
6. Tire should be free of any patches.

7. Tire should be free of dry rot.

8. Tire should be free of flat spots.
9. Tire should be free of tire plugs.
10. Tire should not have any bulges.
11. Tire should be free of cracking.
12. Tire should be free of cupping.
13. Tire should not be bald.

Please do not post or sale any tire whether new or used if that tire does not meet our tire listing safety guidelines or any other safety guidelines.

CONFLICT of INTEREST:

In order to prevent conflict of interest disputes in areas where multiple service providers are located in or who overlap in their service areas. We need to ask everyone to please adhere to the following in order to avoid any conflicts and to provide leads to the proper listers.

1. If you only offer Tires for sale here, and there are tire installers in your area who advertise here, please do not offer yourself or recommend someone else who does not advertise here as a tire installer to install a customer’s tire that you just sold.

2. If you only offer Mobile Tire Service here, and there are tire sellers who advertise here in your area and at least one of them has the tire that the customer needs, please do not offer them any tires but refer them to the appropriate tire lister who has the tire which you could then install unless that lister also advertises tire installations.

3. Tire Sellers and Mobile Tire Service providers who advertise Both Services here who a customer calls you first without a prior commitment to another lister, you may offer all your services to them without the need to refer them to anyone.

4. If you’re in an area where you are either the only Tire Seller or you’re the only Mobile Tire Service provider, but you only advertise one service, you can offer both services to the customer as long as the tires abide by the guidelines whether they are listed here or not in the best interest of the customers or you can refer them out to whom you know will give them great service because you are the sole lister in the area.

5. Mobile Tire Service providers who also advertise tires for sale on the platform, if a customer calls you for service and informs you that he or she is waiting for a tire to be delivered or has already bought a tire from a fellow tire lister from this platform and would like to obtain your service to install the tire, please only provide the service that they are requesting from you at that point.

6. Mobile Tire Service providers, prior to committing yourself to install any tire, all tires should be physically inspected by you personally and not rely on anyone that that tire is in good conditions. All tires should be inspected before installation and also after mounting the tire on the rim. By inspecting the tire, you might be able to find some significant fault or damage on it and prevent an accident.

RESPONSIBLITY:

You are solely responsible for all listings, postings, tires, items, services and information submitted or posted on your account.

SHARING ACCOUNT:

Please do not share your account nor post anything for anyone else. If they want to list a service, have them sign up and take responsibility for their own listings.

TIRE PRICE:

1. Price of the tire should be clearly displayed on the listing in the description field and the price shown should be the final price the buyer will pay for the tire. Buyer should not be asked for an amount higher than the amount displayed on the listing.

SERVICE FEES:

All service providers should communicate the service fees clearly to the customers in advance in order to avoid misunderstandings.

DELIVERY:

2. If you offer delivery during your hours of operation, clearly display the terms of the delivery like if you ask for a delivery fee and how much you ask. Is it a flat fee for a set number of maximum miles that you’re able to travel or is it a fee per mile and up-to how many miles maximum that you are willing to travel. You as the listing seller and delivery provider you can set your own asking fees. The following are just examples, but you do need to include whether you offer delivery or no, and what are your fees.

DELIVERY EXAMPLES:

Example # 1: FREE Delivery for up-to 5 miles from the address shown on the listing.

Example # 2: Delivery fee of $30.00 for up-to 20 miles from the address shown on the listing.

Example # 3: Delivery is available for $2.00 per mile from the address shown on the listing and up-to 30 miles.

If you don’t offer delivery but if the Mobile Tire Technician or if someone else can go pick up the tire from you at your location, you can say something like the following:

Example: Delivery is not available but customer or customer’s representative such as a tire technician or a delivery courier can come to pick up the tire as agreed. (Offering delivery if you can, will be more attractive to stranded motorists since the majority of them cannot drive to you due to their flat tire).

TIRE AVAILABILITY and LISTING INTEGRITY:

1. If a tire shows up as a listing when someone conducts a search on the site whether the search was conducted specifically for that tire size or it shows up in a broad search, if a tire shows up and it’s displayed on the site, this will be construed to mean that you the posting seller actively has that tire readily available for sale and that that tire is available for a customer to purchase.

2. If the posting seller does not have that tire physically available nor readily available to be sold to a would-be caller, that tire listing should be removed immediately and not show up on a search.

3. Sold or unavailable listings should be deleted by the seller immediately after selling the tire or as soon as the tire becomes unavailable.

4. Sellers should not post a tire listing unless they actually have that tire readily available and according to the tire listing terms.

Stranded motorists stuck with a flat tire but no spare tire are already going through a stressful situation and if they need to call two, three of more tire listers because the ones they called said that the tire was already sold but those listings showed up as a listing, that will only add more stress to them and they would then consider this platform as an unreliable tire delivery source. This will not be good for them, not be good for you nor for the platform.

REVIEWS:

Customers will be able to leave reviews based on multi categories and such reviews will either make a seller stand out in a good reliable manner or in an unreliable way. We want you to succeed and we want every stranded motorist to receive service and a tire in the fastest time as possible to get them going. If they do get a tire delivered to them in a timely manner and a mobile tire technician installs it, they win, you win, and the platform wins. We all win!

RELEVANCE / RELEVANT / TIRES and SERVICES

When a listing is actively being published on the platform by and account lister, we will consider that to being relevant to the objective of this platform. The objective of this platform is to provide readily available tire listings 24/7 and readily available mobile tire service provider listings to everyone who accesses the platform in search of a suitable tire and/or the help of a mobile tire service provider. Any potential customer who accesses this platform is said to have the reasonable expectation that all listings on this platform are relevant, are actively available the moment they search for what he or she searches at the time of the search.

At the same time, we have in mind that you and other listing posters of the platform expect that the listing services provided by this platform be relevant to your outcome expectations and be of a good desirable quality to post and sell your items or services at a high rate, at a steady flow or in a predictable manner to qualified customers.

This will only be possible if this platform is perceived by customers as being a reliable source to find, order and obtain a tire or service at the moment that they need it 24 Hours a Day. That’s when collectively, this platform is relevant to the customers.

Therefore, if any business, tire listing, tire installing service providers, any other service provider or advertiser are not available or don’t answer their phone calls when customers call to purchase a tire or order service during their hours of operation, that will make that provider and our platform irrelevant in the eyes of the consumers. We all want to be relevant to our customers since that’s how your business and ours will stay in business.

It is our hope and best wishes that all businesses who chose to post tires, tire installing services or any other applicable service here strive to be successful and be highly relevant on the platform and relevant to consumers.

If a listed tire has been sold or it becomes unavailable to sell for any reason, that listing should be removed immediately by the lister.

Please do not continue to show a tire listing or a service listing advertisement that is not available.

Customers who call you when they are in a desperate need of that tire do not want to hear that the tire was sold two days ago, nor an hour ago.

Imagine if ten tires come up in their search and when the customer calls them, they all had to say that the tire was already sold just because the listings were not removed when they were sold. This would be frustrating to the customer, and that customer would most likely leave our platform and look elsewhere without having a good experience.

In order to prevent this from occurring, any business, lister or account holder who does not properly maintains, manages their listings and who’s account becomes irrelevant by keeping sold or unavailable items or services showing up as active listings, or who fails to answer customers through their preferred communication methods listed on their listings like via phone calls, text messages, e-mail messages and the like will be considered not being suited to continue on the platform and their listings and accounts will be removed with or without notice.

Please only keep active listings when the tire or service being offered is readily available to be sold or performed. If the tire or service offered is no longer available, please remove the listing and verify that it was removed. You can always add it again when it becomes available or when you stocked up again with the specific tire size. But if we remove your account due to not properly maintaining your account you won’t be able to access the account anymore.

If after reading all these listing terms and conditions, you still want to join us we commend you!  Please do sign up! We can’t wait to have you on our team!

Let’s make a commitment to be relevant to our customers, since this is how we all win!
